Health and fitness are sometimes overlooked and people only really stand up and take notice of them when they are told to do so by a doctor. Well, this attitude is detrimental to your overall health and can make you extremely unfit.
You don't have to become an exercise freak or a fruit junkie, you just have to manage your diet and activity levels; ensuring that you keep active and include fruit into your diet. This can involve something as small as eating a bannanna once a day or perhaps walking during the day, rather than just sitting at your desk.
