Customer Services Exec - Required to handle customer queries and complaints. Candidates for this particular role must have excellent people skills and must stand out for all the right reasons when dealing with conflict. Key tasks include answering complaints, replying to customer emails and handling delivery queries.
Sales Exec - Required to raise brand awareness and sell direct to customers. Successful candidates will need to be confident making outgoing phone calls to customers as well as managing and resolving inbound queries. Must be able to work to deadlines.
