To qualify for a full refund you must meet the criteria found on this page. If you post the product back to us within 30 days of delivery in good condition and with its original packaging (if possible), welleffectcommunity.co.uk are more than happy to provide you with a full discount - from the date we receive your goods we will refund you the full amount within 14 days (subject to welleffectcommunity.co.uk's terms and conditions).
